Modernism as a movement was known for geometric design impersonal, concrete and steel located in a site regardless. Although clearly modernist in terms of its design and materials, the design of the house is also integrated with their environment and fits well in the pool garden designs.

In many ways, this house is less a reinterpretation of modernity, as it is a return to the modern ideals of simplicity, transparency and structural minimalism. The open floor plans and large windows allow light and flexible indoor outdoor views, unhindered by structural elements.

The semi-outdoor pool, the living areas outdoors and the modern space management of the garden make this house look modern part of the landscape, also by its distinct set of wood and concrete volumes. Whatever their intentions, Isay Weinfeld is clearly a contemporary sense of what modernism was historical in its entirety.
