Nowadays people seem more accustomed to storey house. That the lack of land caused the houses like that now began mushrooming in urban areas, especially in big cities.

The house is in urban areas located on the noise and very dense residential area while the land, including small to accommodate the lifestyle needs of a modern family. Not to mention the surrounding environment is less friendly and the comfort and security that are less ideal. Finally, this house was designed and built as a 4 floor building. The first floor is parallel to the road environment is used to enclose service areas, including garage and carport. There is also a room for the family seat, and a plot of pages in a little-used for the smooth circulation of air and light. Uniquely, the main entrance and foyer area it is located on the second floor that can be achieved by way of introduction sequences parallel steps and porch as a transition area. This design is emphasized that continuous glass openings into the yard area and the area of the dominant use of glass as insulation between on the second floor. Thus every room on the first floor and second floor are connected not only visually but also functioned optimally as the main rooms in this house.

Urban Expression
If the first floor and second floor of a general nature then the third floor and fourth floor is private. Floors contain three bedrooms while the fourth floor to accommodate the work area plot of skylights for natural lighting support. On the top floor of this wide glass openings appear again as an accent, while providing the city’s face a busy and tumultuous. The character was also later appeared in the facade of the building.
